Tasks As the Mechanic-Engine Shop (Rolls Royce), you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding: Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, repair, and building of engines in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Read and interpret equipment manuals, engineering work instructions and work order to perform required duties Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, as well as test and adjust Clearly communicates any concerns to their direct supervisor Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements - Perform other duties as assigned by Production Team Lead & Supervisor, Engine Repair Shop Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training - 2+ years of experience with Rolls Royce engines preferred Powerplant Certification required - Ability to effectively use the English language, both oral and written, to communicate information to others - Must have passport upon successful hire and be willing to travel Some weekend work required Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Good interpersonal and communication skills - Strong team player Commitment to company values and ethics - Must be willing to work shifts - Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S. - CV/Resume required - Company will not provide relocation assistance About Lufthansa Technik Engine Services, Inc.
