## Job description

Buscamos un Junior de Cuentas por Pagar para apoyar la operación diaria del área, asegurando el correcto registro y seguimiento de facturas, pagos y gastos. Tasks Principales responsabilidades Recepción, validación y registro de facturas y CFDI, incluyendo revisión contra órdenes de compra y documentación soporte. Preparación y seguimiento de pagos a proveedores, complementos de pago y partidas pendientes. Conciliación de proveedores y seguimiento de AP Aging.

Revisión y validación de viáticos, comprobaciones de gastos y reembolsos. Registro y seguimiento de anticipos, notas de crédito y provisiones. Apoyo en Master, atención a proveedores y seguimiento de aclaraciones. Apoyo en cierres contables, conciliaciones y auditorías. Cumplimiento de políticas y controles del proceso de Accounts Payable / P2P.

### Requirements

Requisitos Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carrera afín. 1 a 2 años de experiencia en Cuentas por Pagar, Contabilidad o áreas relacionadas. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (comprobable). Manejo de Excel formulas, macros, tablas dinámicas. Conocimientos de CFDI, SAT y complementos de pago. Experiencia en manejo de ERP, preferentemente SAP y/o Oracle. Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad de seguimiento. * Adjuntar CV About
