If you’re passionate about quality and innovation, become a Software Quality Expert and help redefine travel experiences with us! ### Tasks What you’ll do - Support and guide mobile app testing throughout development - Collaborate as a quality expert with the product team Apply agile best practices aligned with company goals and market trends - Build an internal community focused on quality, innovation and growth - Provide technical support for software testing: automation, functional/non-functional, exploratory, integration and CI/CD Help prioritize product team tasks, balancing quality and deadlines Uphold and support agile development standards - Ensure quality at every stage of the software lifecycle Requirements What you’ll bring: Extensive experience in software testing Experience in agile development environments Expertise in testing and willingness to share knowledge Up-to-date with modern testing techniques and tools Proactive, problem-solving mindset Openness to change and innovation - Strong communication skills and ability to build communities Willingness to dive into code and analyze production data - Drive to implement improvements and ideas Willing to work from Gdańsk office at least 2x/week or relocate to Trójmiasto Good command of English - Knowledge of the airline industry as an asset What we offer: International, development-focused work environment Individual career path & training opportunities Employment contract Salary: Senior 12,000-22,000 PLN gross; Standard 9,000-16,000 PLN gross Lufthansa Group membership benefits Flexible working time (start between 07:00-11:00) Sports passion support & Multisport co-financing Private medical care for employees & family Life insurance Modern Oliwa office, great location & workspace Small teams, high independence, real impact on projects About Lufthansa Systems Poland Sp. z o.o.
