The team operates on the private side, working alongside client coverage teams in Investment Banking, and product teams such as Strategic Equity, Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance. Example products / transactions executed by ECM include Initial Public Offerings, Follow-on offerings, Block Sales, At-the-market programs and private placements. A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits Educational resources, matching gift and volunteer programs ### What You’ll Do - Support origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments for corporate clients in a global firm environment - Act as a key execution resource working closely with internal partners to create client deliverables and respond to ad-hoc client requests for maximum impact - Prepare recommendations on timing, size, structure, and investor universe for potential transactions and communicate findings to team members - Create and deliver high-value added financial analysis to targeted universe of clients and prospects - Follow market and sector trends closely to ensure client materials reflect current backdrop ### How You’ll Lead - Assists in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with industry/product groups - Work closely with internal constituents, lawyers and representatives from other investment banks in the context of deal execution - Identify issues, gaps and process improvements through open communication both internally and with other bank areas - Ensure that bank policies and guidelines applicable to the division are complied with to ensure that risk is appropriately mitigated ### Skills You’ll Need - Strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus - Demonstrates assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, with the ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities - Manage and deliver high quality, error-free work product on multiple workstreams simultaneously Prioritization / Time Management - Must work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and flexible - Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing stakeholders and effectively managing multiple priorities - Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise - Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs Skills That Will Help You Excel - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken A strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications and help inform sound business recommendations Dynamic, agile, highly motivated. - Able to navigate, adapt and thrive in a constantly changing/evolving global bank Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role work in person in the New York, NY office. The salary range for this position in New York City is $150,000 o $225,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
