Also, you will help clients run their businesses smoothly b delivering responsive, high-quality service and product solutions. Provide daily Client Service support including Payment Tracking, Account Information and Payment details. Investigation of Non-receipt of Funds, Payment Failure, DB internet banking inquiry Collaboration with the client and coverage team to develop and execute an implementation plan, establishing clear expectations and providing transparency of timelines using project management principles and practices Your skills and experience: - Minimum 2~3 years experience in Cash Management /Banking Industry Technical/ Implementation background/ skills preferred - Ability to work well within tight deadlines and good time management skills are required - Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively - Bachelor’s degree Fluency in Korean and English (written / spoken) - Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs. ### How we’ll support you Flexible working to assist you balance your personal priorities Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs Training and development to help you excel in your career About us and our teams: Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. click here to see what we do.
