You will work closely with business teams, clients and correspondent banks across different markets while supporting products that facilitate international trade. You will help deliver accurate and timely processing while learning from local and global colleagues. ### What We Offer You - A diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation and collaboration. - A hybrid working model that offers flexibility between working in the office and from home. - A competitive internship package, including a monthly stipend, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, Gympass, a birthday day off, meal allowance and transportation voucher. ### What You’ll Do - Process and register Trade Finance and Lending transactions, including local and international guarantees, letters of credit and documentary collections. - Review transaction documents, customer instructions and required approvals, and escalate inconsistencies when needed. - Calculate commissions, support billing and revenue accounting, and maintain accurate payment records. - Perform compliance and sanctions checks, complete daily account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. - Collaborate with clients, Sales, Finance, internal teams and correspondent banks to complete transactions and resolve operational queries. ### Skills You’ll Need - Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or International Relations, with expected completion in 2028 or later and availability to complete a two-year internship. - Advanced written and spoken English. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail when reviewing transactions, documents and controls.. - Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs. That Will Help You Excel - Strong organizational skills and accountability in managing activities and deadlines. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. - Ability to work effectively in virtual, global teams and a matrix organization. - Curiosity and enthusiasm for international trade, banking operations and financial markets.
