Ensure regulatory reporting is compliance and aligned with local regulations. Ensure strong understanding on regulatory requirement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders with regards to regulatory reporting requirements. Work with supervisor in develop procedure for regulatory reporting and ensure procedure is in line with updated regulations. Ensure strong process control is implemented to remediate operation risk in regulatory reporting. Review, enhance the current reporting process for efficiency and control assessment. Work on technology initiative for regulatory reporting automation and remove manual handlings. Manage to achieve zero and repeated audit findings. Ensure timely escalation on any identified issue, concern, or risk. ### Your skills and experience 5+ years of experiences in financial services with experiences in managing Bank regulatory reporting obligation. Strong knowledge in regulations related to regulatory reporting requirements. Strong analytical skills and able to demonstrate implementation of various regulations. Ability to understand different business processes across products. Ability to manage complex process and have strong risk and control awareness/experiences. Strong experiences in driving various technology initiatives and implementation.
