As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support strategic transformation initiatives focused on Agentic AI and digital innovation within the wealth management business. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to analyse business processes, gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development of AI-enabled solutions. ### Key Responsibilities - Gather, document, and analyse business requirements. - Support the evaluation and implementation of Agentic AI use cases in client and sales management. - Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. - Prepare business presentations, process documentation, and project updates. - Participate in testing, user feedback sessions, and solution rollout activities. - Analyse data and business outcomes to support decision-making. ### Who We Are Looking For - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Interest in financial services, digital transformation, and Artificial Intelligence. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Experience with data analysis, process mapping, or AI technologies is an advantage. ### What You Will Gain - Exposure to real-world transformation programs within a leading global wealth management organization. - Hands-on experience working on innovative Agentic AI initiatives. - Opportunity to collaborate with business and technology professionals across the bank. - Development of business analysis, project management, and digital transformation skills.
