Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent, and five (5) years of experience driving standardization and automation for business-related data processes; performing reconciliation of profit & loss (P&L) data; conducting balance sheet analysis and substantiation in accordance with IFRS requirements; performing front-to-back trade flow validation to resolve booking discrepancies and system breaks; performing month-end closing processes and reconciliation controls; coordinating with internal teams across regions to deliver month-end close, resolve breaks, and execute automation and process-improvement projects; participating in financial systems migrations, including system testing, reference data setup, and mapping validations to ensure downstream reporting accuracy post migration; posting ledger entries enabling accurate reporting of Risk, RWA for the business and group level reporting; analyzing impact of funding activities, liquidity management and balance sheet utilization on financial reporting and P&L; performing daily P&L and monthly trading P&L review, validation and variance analysis for Trading desks; and operating within regulated investment banking control frameworks, including month end close controls, daily P&L controls, SOX controls and audit ready documentation. Employer will accept three (3) years of post secondary study toward a Bachelor’s degree in one of the above-listed fields and two (2) years of experience, to satisfy the Bachelor’s degree requirement. ### Salary range $130,000.00 – $140,000.00/year.
