The role focuses on selling retail loan products (Assets) and mobilizing low-cost deposits (Liabilities) to meet assigned financial targets. Your skills and experience Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance preferred). 1 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, banking, financial services, or BPO outbound sales. Strong command over regional languages and English (both verbal and written). Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer objections. Familiarity with CRM tools, LMS, and Excel. Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
