The individual will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing Workday solutions, serving as a reliable advisor to business stakeholders and leading complex integrations and support tasks. Working knowledge of Workday Time Tracking preferred. Your skills and experience A minimum of three years of experience with Workday HCM in a configurator role is required. Overall, five years of experience in the IT industry is necessary. A strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll Integrations, and Absence is essential. Experience with time tracking is preferred. Responsibilities include managing support activities and implementing systems for new countries Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
