This role requires a blend of strong people management skills, a deep understanding of lending products, and a customer-centric approach to digital solutions. Proven experience in banking/financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in asset products. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role. (Not mandatory) Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
