What you’ll achieve As an IT Technician, you will work in a team supporting production operations. You will: Support production and production overtime in terms of hardware and software required.. Be the local hands for centralized teams as cybersecurity, network, telecom. You will work normal office hours Monday - Friday. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: ### Essential Requirements Windows knowledge at support level. Hardware knowledge for supporting it. Standard software as MS Office knowledge. 3-4 years’ experience in a Support role Ability to make and maintain good working relationships with people.
