*English version below* STEM Aspire Mentoring Program – Slovensko Čo je STEM Aspire Mentoring Program? Dell Technologies pomáha organizáciám aj jednotlivcom budovať jasnejšiu digitálnu budúcnosť. Našu spoločnosť tvorí vyše 150 000 zamestnancov vo viac než 180 krajinách sveta. Sme hrdí na náš diverzný a inkluzívny tím s nekonečným zápalom pre náš cieľ – spoločne napredovať. Presvedčte sa o tom sami ako účastníci vzdelávacieho STEM Aspire Programu na Slovensku.

STEM Aspire je inkluzívny mentoringový program, ktorý prepája študentov STEM odborov (veda, technológie, inžinierstvo, matematika) s mentormi z Dell Technologies Slovensko. Program vytvára prístupné a podporné prostredie, kde každý môže rásť – bez ohľadu na identitu či zázemie. Naším cieľom je podporiť študentov STEM odborov, aby úspešne ukončili štúdium a rozvíjali napĺňajúcu kariéru v technologickom sektore. Program prebieha od polovice novembra do apríla a počas takmer 5 mesiacov zahŕňa: Individuálne online stretnutia s mentorom alebo mentorkou z

Dell tímu raz mesačne, zamerané na rozvoj soft a hard skills podľa vašich preferencií Tímové aktivity (napr. prezentačné zručnosti, personal branding, možnosti uplatnenia v Dell Technologies, spoznanie našich oddelení a pod.) Networking s inšpiratívnymi kolegami a študentmi v Dell Technologies Program je bezplatný, vyžaduje si len časovú investíciu cca 5 hodín mesačne

Ak študuješ STEM odbor, kvalifikuješ sa. Tešíme sa na tvoju prihlášku! Ako sa prihlásiť? Prihlás sa do 30. Oktobra 2026 a pripoj krátke CV s popisom študijného odboru. Následne ťa budeme kontaktovať ohľadne ďalších krokov. Zaslaním žiadosti sa hlásiš do dobrovoľného mentoringového programu. Nejde o pracovnú ponuku ani výberové konanie do Dell Technologies. Prihlásením zároveň súhlasíš so spracovaním osobných údajov na max. 12 mesiacov. Our mission is to advance equal opportunities and support students in STEM to graduate and thrive in the tech sector. The program runs from mid-November to April and includes: Monthly 1:1 online sessions with a mentor from

Dell Technologies focused on developing soft and hard skills tailored to your goals Team activities (e.g. presentation skills, personal branding, career opportunities at Dell, department overviews, etc.) Networking with inspiring Dell professionals and fellow students The program is free of charge and requires a time commitment of approx. 5 hours per month
