Our team focuses on the delivery of products or computer-based systems for external customers. We lead and deliver the entire lifecycle from product definition and planning through to production and release. We also oversee modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior Principal Product Development Manager on our Product Development Management Team in Taipei ## Responsibilities What you’ll achieve As a Senior Principal Product Development Manager, you will get opportunities to manage high-complexity products through the entire lifecycle. You will drive solution and release readiness and gather best practices from across portfolios and business units. Moreover, you will collaborate with and mentor your team members in designing program management practices. You will: - Define product/solution development lifecycle process to be implemented throughout the organization - Ensure dependency and deliverable tracking across products/solutions/functions - Define the program risk management plan and drive mitigation and resolutions - Drive consistent and accurate cross functional program metrics and plan corporate initiatives (Federal, Security, Globalization) Exercise considerable latitude in shaping technical goals ## Qualifications Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
