We are seeking a highly skilled AI Network Service Delivery Engineer (SDE) - to lead the delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of networking services supporting next-generation AI infrastructure. ### Key Responsibilities Lead deployment, operational management, and continuous improvement of AI networking services. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of AI network fabrics supporting GPU clusters. Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities. Develop operational standards, runbooks, and service delivery processes. Partner with engineering and architecture teams to transition solutions into production. Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reliability. Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: ### Requirements Extensive experience in network operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management. Deep understanding of AI networking architectures and distributed computing environments. Strong expertise in Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, and RoCE technologies. Experience managing high-performance networking environments in production. Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and local language preferred. ### Preferred Qualifications Experience with hyperscale data center or cloud operations. Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure and LLM deployments.
