Join us as a Consultant on our Enterprise Resiliency team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact What you’ll achieve As an Enterprise Resiliency Consultant, you will play a critical role in the ongoing transformation of Dell’s Global Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery programs ensuring the company continues to effectively manage critical business disruptions in an increasingly complex world. As part of our Enterprise Resiliency team, you will support the development of risk-based planning and testing programs. This will include driving initiatives within Business Units to enhance our world leading resiliency capabilities by prioritizing, tracking, and reporting on Resiliency compliance. ## Responsibilities You will Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Enterprise Resiliency team members and stakeholders to understand program needs and challenges - Provide guidance on sound structure, planning, testing, and governance to keep Resiliency Programs aligned, current, relevant, actionable, and auditable - Collaborate with resiliency professionals worldwide before, during, and after tests and exercises to ensure evidenced capability of plans and compliance to standards - Provide updates, education, and presentations to staff and management on industry trends and best practices for Enterprise Resiliency - Drive the maturity of Resiliency programs by identifying opportunities for automation and process simplification - Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
