## Job description

Consultant, Strategic Business Development Our Corporate Development and Strategy team is at the heart of Dell Technologies. It deals with a wide range of initiatives including new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and joint ventures. Providing leadership in design, planning and due diligence, they lead the corporate development of our global business to help achieve our long-term growth objectives.

They also keep us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before transla ting them into strategic operational plans.

As a Consultant, you will support deal analyses, prepare decision materials, and coordinate execution activities. You will translate data into insights and maintain disciplined documentation. ## Responsibilities

You will: Conduct target screening and benchmarking; synthesize findings. Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Support diligence with data rooms, checklists, and issue logs. Draft communication packs for approvals and status updates.

### Essential Requirements

12+ years of related experience Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail. Experience with market research and basic valuation methods. Comfort collaborating with legal/finance/IT stakeholders. Professional presence and clear communication. Desirable Requirements Bachelor's degree TOGAF or Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
