You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact. THE JOURNEY Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication. Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support. Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo. Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations and menu optimization. Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service. Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales. ## Qualifications ### WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Up to 2-3 years of experience in high-performance account/sales management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry. Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields is a plus. You are motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage. Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details. You are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive results. Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus. Native level of Italian is required as proficiency in English. Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
