## Job description

We are looking for an energetic, structured, and hands-on leader to manage our Account Executive team responsible for our Small and Medium Business (SMB) restaurant partner portfolio. Over the past two years, our team has undergone significant positive transformation, adopting new ways of working and updated priorities. As Lead, SMB, you will keep team engagement high, drive volume-based performance, and ensure our restaurabt partners receive top-tier commercial support.

In this role, you will lead a team managing our restaurant partners in the SMB segment. You will oversee active inventory, ensure high partner engagement, boost campaign and ad performance, and handle incoming inbound cases. Because moving the needle in a large SMB portfolio requires high activity rates and smart execution, you will be deeply involved in guiding your team through high-volume outreach, rollouts of new commercial initiatives, and cross-functional projects.

This is a fixed term, maternity cover for 18 months.

### Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching: Direct, motivate, and coach a younger team of Account Executives to reach their potential. Maintain high team morale and keep an open mind during evolving priorities.

### Portfolio & Performance Management

Drive team KPIs, focusing on active vendor inventory, campaign performance and ad performance Operational Execution: Manage day-to-day team performance, ensuring swift, accurate handling of inbound partner cases and efficient rollout of commercial initiatives Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with regional and local stakeholders to align lead lists, project priorities, and tools tailored for the SMB segment.

## Qualifications

### Leadership Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a team.

### Languages

Fluency in both Swedish and English.

### Technical Skills

Highly structured with a strong aptitude for working across multiple systems, including Salesforce.

### Core Competencies

Strong prioritization skills, analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, high energy, and personal maturity. Must be fearless, prestige-less, and adept at building relationships.

Highly desirable if you have: Experience working within the SMB segment. Background in the restaurant or food industry sales.
