## Job description

As a Coordinator Content Optimization, you will join our team and drive the success of our e- commerce marketplace by creating and maintaining high-quality product descriptions and categories for our website and applications. You will also evaluate AI model outputs for e-commerce search relevance and product matching accuracy, working closely with our AI program team to ensure our AI models deliver high-precision results.

Evaluate AI model outputs for e-commerce search relevance and product matching accuracy. Apply detailed labeling guidelines and follow strict, multi-step annotation workflows. Create content for multiple product verticals. Develop and maintain accurate and compelling product descriptions and categories for our e-commerce marketplace. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all product content.

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of product content and ensure all information is current and accurate. Coordinate with clients to ensure our database is up to date with changes. Identify edge cases and provide clear, actionable feedback to the product team.

## Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in product content creation with a focus on e-commerce. Prior experience in data annotation, content moderation, or e-commerce catalog QA is an advantage. Strong command of MS Office. What you will bring Fluency in English required Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Comfort navigating retail taxonomies, brand variations, and product attributes across various categories.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Ability to follow detailed AI labeling guidelines without substituting personal bias. Able to perform complex tasks that require a high level of focus. Solid analytical skills and market research background. Strong organizational skills. Clear written communication skills to articulate edge cases and provide actionable feedback. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
