We design and run the systems, processes, and tools that empower our sales organisation to operate at scale — across markets, verticals, and functions. If it touches how we sell, we're involved. Get to Know the Role You will report to the Regional Salesforce Manager and own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM initiatives across multiple markets. This is a senior individual contributor role — you won't manage people, but you will lead initiatives, influence decisions, and drive outcomes across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You will be the connective tissue between business and technology: translating commercial needs into system solutions, keeping projects moving, and earning trust with stakeholders from market operations teams all the way up to regional leadership.
