As Head of Executive Search, your mission is to personally deliver critical leadership hires while building, coaching, and inspiring a small team of exceptional executive recruiters. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board, combining hands-on execution with strategic leadership to raise the bar for senior talent globally. Every hire you and your team make will strengthen our leadership bench, culture, and long-term performance.
