# Finance Operations Analyst Ukraine

## Job description

The person will prepare payment data, make basic checks, identify simple issues, support accounting preparation and help answer courier payment claims.

## Qualifications

### Must haves
- Basic Excel skills - filters, sorting, totals and simple formulas.
- Attention to detail - carefully checks IDs, bank details and payment amounts.
- Comfort with routine work - ready to repeat the same daily payment tasks consistently.
- Reliability and willingness to work - meets deadlines and follows the agreed process.
- Willingness to learn and ask questions - previous Finance experience is not required.
- Fluent Ukrainian and working English.

### Nice Haves

Any experience with payments, bank operations, accounting support, billing, payroll or data entry.
- Experience with lookups or Pivot Tables in Excel.
- Experience with 1C, an ERP, an accounting system or a bank portal.
