## Job description

This program is structured to accelerate your professional growth and technical execution: Drive Real Impact: Lead an assigned project from inception to completion, applying your technical and analytical skills to solve a tangible business challenge (e.g., optimizing rider routing, scaling vendor acquisition).

## Qualifications

We are seeking innovative strategists who are hungry for knowledge and ready to execute. A.

### Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable for Compliance) Citizenship

Candidates must be Malaysian Citizens (a strict mandate for MySIP/DTD compliance).

### Work Eligibility

Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited institution of higher learning.

### Program Commitment

Able to participate in the program for a minimum of 4 months (16 weeks).

### Communication

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. B.

You should be pursuing a degree in one of the following fields relevant to your application track: STEM Fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics.

### Business & Management

Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Project Management.

### Social Sciences

Mass Communications, Psychology, Linguistics, Human Resources.

### Leadership Potential

You can demonstrate leadership and effective time management through your academic record and/or extra-curricular activities.
