## Job description
- Manage and lead Store Supervisors across multiple retail partners to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent execution of picking activities.
- Monitor operational KPIs including productivity, preparation time, order accuracy, cancellation rate, substitutions, quality, and SLA compliance, while implementing action plans to improve performance.
- Plan and optimize manpower allocation, shift schedules, attendance, and workforce utilization to ensure adequate staffing based on business demand.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Live Operations, Fleet, HR, and Retail Partners to resolve operational issues, improve customer experience, and maintain service excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and operational audits for Supervisors to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
- Analyze operational reports and performance trends, identify root causes of performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Retail, E-commerce, Grocery,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
