## Job description

As the Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, you will be responsible for defining and executing our pricing strategy across key markets in APAC & EU, managing fee structures that impact millions of users in the region. You will shape our regional pricing roadmap, collaborating across cross-functional teams to maximize business value while enhancing Delivery Hero's price perception. You will also play a vital role in informing global product teams with regional operational insights to build scalable solutions Strategy & P&L Leadership: Define and execute the pricing strategy for a designated cluster of markets across our APAC & EU businesses, supporting target setting and achievement for customer fee P&L line items (on the order of hundreds of millions of Euros).

### Experimentation & Growth

Identify, test, and scale initiatives to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining a fair and competitive market price perception.

### Roadmap Alignment

Build and align the regional pricing experimentation roadmap across local markets and cross-functional teams.

### Innovation & Tooling

Drive innovative pricing initiatives to improve overall pricing strategy, operations, experimentation, and tooling—including the integration of AI and automation solutions.

### Global Collaboration

Provide regional operational insights to global product teams to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with regional needs.

## Qualifications

### Experience

5-7 years of professional experience in pricing, commercial analytics, top-tier management consulting, or a related quantitative field.

### Technical Skills

Strong problem-solving capabilities with hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python/R, leveraging data analysis and A/B testing methodologies to deliver quick, scalable, and data-driven solutions in complex environments.

### Stakeholder Management

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience navigating complex and matrixed organizations.

### Mindset

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for data analytics and a track record of tackling complex strategic challenges autonomously.
