You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and signing up the best local restaurants, becoming a key representative of our sales team and a vital part of our city's success. THE JOURNEY Work with Glovo’s sales pipeline, aligned with company goals and strategy. Review, and keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis. Conduct sales negotiations that create a solid foundation for collaboration with restaurant partners, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable business terms. Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is as quick, efficient and smooth as possible. Monitor and evaluate the restaurants' performance during their first 30 days. ## Qualifications ### WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE You have some hands-on sales experience (1+ years), ideally in phone based selling. You thrive in fast sales cycles - ramp-up quickly and work with short decision timelines. You have a structured process thinking - well-organized, with good time management to follow Glovo’s clear CRM flow and playbook. You are self-sufficient - you follow guidance and process, but don’t need weeks of training to start producing. You are resilient - can handle daily rejection and keep momentum in a volume driven sales environment. You are goal-oriented and a closer - understand and want to exceed targets, follow sales KPIs to improve productivity. A plus if you have experience with SMEs - understand usual objections, sales process. Being based in Bucharest, as the role is hybrid.
