### New Business Acquisition End-to-End Sales Pipeline

Identify, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new corporate clients for foodpanda for Business.

### Product Demonstrations

Lead interactive platform demonstrations to showcase product features, catering options, and corporate meal solution capabilities.

### Sales Hygiene & CRM Management

Maintain a clean, active pipeline and document all customer interactions, stages, and leads in Salesforce/CRM.

### Strategy & Optimization

Continuously refine outreach tactics to shorten the sales cycle and enhance the overall B2B conversion rate. 2.

### Account Management & Growth Client Retention & Expansion

Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with major corporate enterprise accounts to drive recurring revenue, upsell additional seats, and expand platform usage.

### GMV & Active User Optimization

Track account performance, conduct regular business reviews, and run targeted retention/marketing campaigns to increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and active corporate users.

### Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure seamless onboarding, fast issue resolution, and high client satisfaction.

### Client Feedback Loop

Act as the voice of the corporate client, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for product and operational

## Qualifications

### Sales Experience

4-6+ years of hands-on B2B sales/business development experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

### Account Management Capabilities

Solid foundation or experience in managing corporate accounts, client onboarding, and upselling. Complex, multi-stakeholder deals pitching to executive/procurement levels Flexibility & Adaptability: High willingness and ability to flex duties between proactive outbound sales and strategic account management depending on team goals and organizational design.

### Tools & Tech Stack

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), MS Office, and Google Workspace.

### People Management Skills Communication & Negotiation Skills

Strong verbal and written English communication, coupled with sharp commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

### Mindset

Proactive, resilient, scrappy, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
