[Apply on Delivery Hero’s careers site →](https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/DeliveryHero/744000149226879-specialist-marketing-campaigns) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Delivery Hero](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/delivery-hero/) / Specialist, Marketing Campaigns ## Job description ### Responsibilities Cross-Vertical Campaign Ownership - Identify, develop, and execute campaign initiatives that drive growth across foodpanda's core verticals (Food, Quick Commerce, and PRO) with a focus on opportunities that create platform-wide impact rather than single-vertical wins - Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle for assigned growth projects: from strategic framing and brief development through execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis - Collaborate with vertical Campaigns Managers to align on shared growth priorities, ensure campaign mechanics are complementary across verticals, and bring a cross-platform perspective to campaign planning discussions Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in the campaign calendar where a cross-vertical or partnership-led activation could deliver incremental growth ### External Partnership Campaign Management - Own the marketing relationship with foodpanda's external commercial partners by building joint campaign strategies, managing co-marketing activations end-to-end, and ensuring partner campaigns deliver measurable platform growth - Serve as the primary campaigns point of contact for external partners by coordinating across internal teams and partner-side stakeholders to align on objectives, timelines, creative execution, and performance measurement - Track and analyze partner campaign performance, present findings in partner review meetings, and translate data into recommendations that strengthen the partnership and inform future campaign investment - Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships and flag new partnership prospects to the Head of Campaigns based on market observation and performance evidence ### Performance and Growth Accountability - Maintain clear performance visibility across your full campaign portfolio — owned campaigns and partnership activations, and bring structured updates to team reviews: what the numbers show, what is working, and what you are doing about what is not Develop a strong command of the platform's key growth metrics and use them to make campaign decisions independently, not just report on them after the fact - Contribute to quarterly campaign planning by bringing a data-grounded point of view on where cross-vertical and partnership campaigns should be prioritized Requirements Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, campaigns, commercial partnerships, or a related function, whether in-house or agency background both considered - Demonstrated experience owning campaigns or projects end-to-end, and not just supporting them. You have been accountable for outcomes, and not just outputs Experience working with or managing external partners, clients, or stakeholders is a strong advantage Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and campaign analytics. You know how to read data and use it to make decisions Skills Strategic thinker who can also execute. You can zoom out to see the bigger picture and zoom in to get the brief written and the campaign live Strong communicator across all formats. Your written updates are structured and clear, your verbal contributions in meetings are substantive, and your external partner communications are professional and commercially aware Excellent project management discipline. You manage your own priorities, flag risks early, and deliver without needing to be chased Collaborative without being dependent.
