We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Record to Report (R2R) Specialist to join our Service Delivery team to handle Hong-Kong Market. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial reporting accuracy for the Hong-Kong market, specifically supporting Foodpanda Platform and Dmart business operations. You will play a critical role in performing the standardize financial operations of the market, ensuring flawless month-end closures, and support the implementation of our unified global processes. ### Job Description You will be a key driver in performing R2R cycle in HK market —from journal entries and reconciliations to the preparation of financial statements. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment, are a certified accountant and experience on financial reporting, this is the opportunity for you. ### Responsibilities Preparation and posting of journals in SAP for the assigned entities in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies and in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure that month-end closing tasks are completed in a timely manner and Group’s month-end closing timelines are met consistently. Ensure that intercompany (IC) postings are validated and correctly posted in SAP and IC balances are reconciled with counterparties monthly. Coordinating with the different stakeholders of financial data dependencies, ensuring completeness & timeliness of entries booking. Maintain Sub-ledger (SL) vs General-Ledger (GL) reconciliation of the different accounts Resolve reconciling items in a timely manner or escalate items posing delay risks in achieving the SLAs. Respond to in-market queries and post accounting adjustments as required. Provide support during Group audit reviews, local Statutory audit, and internal audits. Continually provide support to standardize, automate, and streamline to improve efficiency in financial reporting. Perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Lead / Manager, R2R Service Delivery. ## Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting or Finance, CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification in accounting will be a plus. Demonstrable knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and internal controls. Hands-on working experience with finance systems such as SAP/ Oracle. Prior experience working with SAP will be a plus. Hand-on experience on financial reporting with consolidation experience like OneStream, Hyperion, Runbook or equivalent consolidation tool. 2+ years of experience in General Ledger or Record to Report (R2R) closing. Some experience in a relevant field (professional accounting services firm and/or shared service center is preferred).
