[Apply on Deckers Outdoor’s careers site →](https://deckers.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/Deckers/job/Shanghai-China/Associate-Inventory-Planning-Manager---HOKA_21645) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Deckers Outdoor](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/deckers-outdoor/) / Associate Inventory Planning Manager - HOKA ## Job description - Act as an interface between business team and operation team for HOKA brand. - Play an active role to drive inventory optimization to achieve company's target for both top line and bottom line. - Set up purchasing strategy, including purchasing qty, pacing and delivery schedule, contribute to rationalization of supply. - Communicate with global supply planning team to build a reasonable and achievable local buy plan. Bring a reconciliation of the impact from demand change or launch change. - Issue monthly purchase order, work with factory planning team and logistic team for the on-time delivery.
