## Job description

Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

### Responsibilities

Provide efficient general counter service support and handle customers' daily enquiries in responsive and customer-oriented manner Provide operation supports to facilitate team business and coordinate with various counterparties to ensure the customers at a satisfactory level Comply with all regulatory requirements imposed by regulatory authorities, and policies, standards, lending guidelines and procedures of the Bank.

### Requirements

Degree holder with majors in business, economics or finance is preferred. Ability to communicate with internal and external departments Good PC skill and good teamwork spirit Location: Mira Place Tower A Job: Customer Service Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
