### Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to drive growth and expansion of the Treasures segment within the Consumer Banking Group
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new Treasures clients, as well as deepen relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize the Treasures offering
- Mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Requirements Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
