## Job description

Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

### Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Business Banking portfolio within the Institutional Banking Group
- Oversee the team's performance and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement

### Requirements Minimum
- 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least
- 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business banking portfolio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
