## Job description

Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

### Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients, managing relationship continuity and satisfaction
- Identify and assess client financial needs, providing tailored banking solutions and product recommendations
- Coordinate delivery of banking services across multiple departments to ensure seamless client experience
- Process and facilitate client requests including account opening, facility applications, and transaction services
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor client portfolio performance and proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate specialists or management
- Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentations to support business development initiatives
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams to support client onboarding and ongoing servicing
- Ensure compliance with DBS policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in all client interactions

### Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or institutional banking
- Strong understanding of SME banking products, services, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
