## Job description

### Role Overview

To deepen and strengthen customer relationships through exemplary service and to uphold the best-in-class service standards Interact with internal & external top tier customers to answer customer queries and resolve customers’ service requests related to Corporate Banking products
- Partner with various stakeholders/ vendors to resolve all customer queries / requests and ensure SLA are duly met
- Work closely with Business Units, Product owners, GTS, Ops & Tech partners to identify the areas of improvement based on customer enquiries landscape Key Responsibilities: Own and resolve customers enquiries from point of receipt to closure within SLA Provide best in class value added services, prompt & accurate advices
- Manage, deepen & strengthen customers’ relationships through exemplary services and uphold the highest service standards
- Collaborate actively with respective stakeholders to address, resolve customers queries & provide the best solutions
- Identify process gaps, review root cause, track internal follow up to prevent recurrence & drive process improvement
- Work cohesively as a team and maintain good working environment Any other projects/ tasks as assigned Requirements: Min Diploma or Degree holder with at least
- 4 years experience in Corporate Banking Client Servicing Strong
- Knowledge of Corporate Banking Products/ Processes with good understanding of end-to-end flows Structured agile multitasking customer centric individual
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of time sensitive and pressing issues Good change management & growth mindset
- Strong organisation skills, strategic mindset with proven analytical skills Innovative and creative in problem solving while playing by the rules
- Excellent relationship building & management skills Highly committed & accountability Location: DBS Asia Hub Job: Customer Service Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
