Altogether, our specialists are working across our expanding branch network to offer a full range of products and exceptional levels of services to clients investing and hedging in the global markets. ### Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cryptocurrency Trader with strong track records in trading to join our Digital Asset Trading team. The ideal candidate will need to have a deep understanding of crypto market, understand derivatives, particularly options on major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana. You will be responsible for leading the desk alpha capabilities and building the desk derivatives franchise business, helping the day-to-day desk’s operations. ### Key Responsibilities Strengthen the desk trading capabilities by identifying volatility and skew opportunities across different maturities and instruments on trading options. Design and implement trading strategies, including delta-hedging, gamma scalping, and calendar spreads Monitor and assist to manage portfolio risk including Greeks, tail risks, and implied vs realized volatilities. Collaborate with quant and tech teams to improve pricing models, backtesting infrastructure, and execution tools Collaborate with sales team to build franchise business and achieve revenue target.
