### Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Treasures Banking portfolio within the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, increase client acquisition, and enhance the overall performance of the Treasures Banking segment
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, client events, and other initiatives to promote the Treasures Banking brand
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of relationship managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry best practices Requirements Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong track record of success in a client-facing or relationship management role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions
- Excellent customer service orientation, with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and business development strategies
