### Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the client's portfolio of products and services
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless client experience and timely resolution of client queries Actively participate in client events and networking activities to strengthen client relationships and acquire new clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to grow the Treasures client base and assets under management Requirements Have experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with high-net-worth clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs
- Proficient in the use of relevant financial and client relationship management software
