About this role Transformation & Data’s Customer Experience (CX) Strategy team is looking for a Behavioural Scientist who will be part of the team driving behavioural science projects at DBS. You will be involved in driving CX & business impact by applying behavioural science. To do so, you will uncover behavioural biases and barriers that are affecting customer decisions and behaviours, design behaviourally-informed interventions for experimentation, and upskill the bank on behavioural science.
