### Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist clients with account-related transactions, such as account openings, closures, and updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team Adhere to the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

### Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions
- Proficient in using various software applications and digital tools to support customer service activities
