## Job description

### Business Function Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of interest rate trading strategies across various asset classes and geographies
- Analyze market trends, economic data, and other relevant information to identify trading opportunities
- Develop and implement trading strategies to generate consistent returns while managing risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, risk management, and compliance, to ensure effective execution of trading activities
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

### Requirements
- Strong understanding of fixed income markets, derivatives, and trading strategies
- Proven track record of successful trading and portfolio management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
