## Job description

### Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of KYC specialists, ensuring timely and accurate completion of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews for corporate banking clients. Provide guidance and act as the escalation point for complex KYC cases, ownership structures, and regulatory requirements. Ensure team alignment with prevailing Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and internal bank policies. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Operations to facilitate smooth onboarding and periodic reviews.

Monitor team performance, manage workload distribution, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct quality assurance checks on completed files to maintain high standards of compliance and data integrity.

### Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Significant experience in KYC/CDD operations within corporate or institutional banking. Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Deep understanding of AML/CFT regulations, tax compliance (FATCA/CRS), and industry best practices. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
