### Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the consumer lending portfolio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand the consumer lending customer base
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of consumer lending solutions
- Monitor and report on the performance of the consumer lending portfolio, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new consumer lending products and services Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and business development targets
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach Location: Regional Office Mumbai Job: Product Sales Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
