- Promote personal loan products by telephone for the list of high-quality DBS card holders and provide professional financial consulting to achieve the company's performance goals.
- Feedback the status and suggestions to the supervisor.
- Response and handling of customer problems about personal loan business.
- Familiar with the professional knowledge required for the work, computer operation and understanding of the company's operating procedures and compliance with company regulations. - Job Requirements:
- Have basic telephone handling skills, fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese
- Clear articulation / strong learning spirit / able to bear performance pressure
- Those with any telephone experience are preferred (market research, investment promotion, business assistance, recruitment, enrollment, etc.)
- Positive attitude, ambitious, and aspiring to become a full-scale telemarketing specialist are all welcome to apply for interviews.

### Computer relevant skills
- Excel, Outlook, Word, Chinese typing 20~50A.
