## Job description

Business Function Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

### Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the bank's IT infrastructure, data, and systems from cyber threats
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinate incident response, and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security controls are integrated into the bank's technology solutions and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend appropriate security measures
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees to foster a strong security culture

### Requirements Minimum
- 5 years of experience in IT security, with a strong understanding of security frameworks, protocols, and technologies
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
