### Responsibilities

Identify and acquire high-growth business clients to expand the bank's market share and portfolio. Manage and deepen relationships with an assigned portfolio of growth-stage companies by understanding their business models and financial needs. Deliver tailored financial solutions, including working capital, trade finance, cash management, and treasury services. Collaborate with product specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless banking experiences and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Conduct regular credit reviews and monitor portfolio risk to ensure asset quality and compliance with regulatory standards. Drive the adoption of digital banking platforms and innovative financial solutions among clients to enhance operational efficiency.

### Requirements

University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Proven experience in business relationship management, corporate banking, or business development within the financial services sector. Strong understanding of commercial banking products, credit structuring, and financial analysis. Demonstrated ability to achieve business growth targets and manage client portfolios effectively. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
