## Job description

### Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Training functions.

### Training and Development Administration

Develop, organize, and facilitate training programs and workshops. This includes scheduling training sessions, managing attendance logs, maintaining training records, and preparing related materials and documentation. Assist in developing training materials and responding to employee inquiries about training opportunities. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to HR and training. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting training activities.

Handling mandatory certifications. Handling LMS. Handling invoices. Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and managers. Support general administrative task within HR and to related parties.

### Requirements

Have experience in a similar HR or training administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using HR and training-related software and tools Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed Adaptable and flexible to handle changing priorities and requirements Location: Jakarta Head Office Job: Human Capital Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
