- Promote personal loan products by telephone for the list of high-quality DBS card holders and provide professional financial consulting to achieve the company's performance goals.
- Feedback the status and suggestions to the supervisor.
- Response and handling of customer problems about personal loan business.
- Familiar with the professional knowledge required for the work, computer operation and understanding of the company's operating procedures and compliance with company regulations. - Job Requirements: 1. 2. 3.4.
